RETURNS AND REFUNDS
No returns or exchanges are accepted unless you receive a product that does not match the description of your purchase. In such a case, we will be happy to send you the desired product at our expense and arrange to pick up the product sent by mistake.
DEFECTIVE ITEM
We will refund the shipping costs for the return of a defective item. We will ship a new item to you with no shipping or handling fees. You may return the defective item within 30 days of the date you received your order. You can get a refund or an exchange if the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition, meaning unaltered, with its price tag, and in its original packaging.
DELIVERY FEES AND TERMS
Your delivery is free for purchases of $75 or more, before taxes. This offer is valid only for online purchases and for shipments made within Canada.
For any purchase under $75, a flat rate of $9.99 plus taxes will be applied directly to the cart.
Orders where the shipping address differs from the billing address and orders over $500 may be subject to certain verifications.
DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery is generally made within three to eight business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Please allow up to twelve business days for delivery to more remote areas. These deadlines cannot be guaranteed by MIRANET.
MIRANET disclaims all responsibility in the event of a missed deadline caused by an error on the part of the third party performing the delivery.
TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
The carrier undertakes to leave the package at your address even if no one is present at the time of delivery to the address provided during the order. No signature is required at the time of delivery to the address provided during the order. Please note that post office boxes (P.O. box numbers) are not allowed for delivery.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS
Currently, we do not ship merchandise internationally.
FREE IN-STORE PICKUP
When you purchase online, the free "In-store pickup" option is offered to you when entering your billing information. You will have seven days to pick up your items at the store, after receiving the email confirming that your order is ready.
PRODUCT UNAVAILABILITY
Offer dates, prices, or availability of items presented on our site may change without notice. We work diligently to only display available items and replenish our stock regularly. However, it is possible that an item, size, or color may be out of stock when you place your order. Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the reception date, availability, and price of each item ordered. It may happen that we have to cancel an online order if, for example, the ordered items cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances. We will then contact you to inform you and explain the situation.
While we strive to meet your needs as much as possible, we reserve the right to revise an inaccurate price or item description and to cancel or refuse an order for an item with an inaccurate price or description. Such corrections may be made after the order has been accepted. We will then contact you to inform you and explain the situation.
ORDER CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION
If you wish to cancel or modify your order once the transaction is completed, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at info@miranet.com or by phone at 418-666-6688. We will try our best to fulfill your request. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please refer to our merchandise exchange, return, and refund policy for more information.
Please note that if you cancel the purchase of an item that entitled you to a promotion, a special discount, or free delivery, you may no longer be eligible for that promotion or discount.
