SHIPPING FEES AND TERMS

Shipping is free on purchases of $75 or more, before taxes. This offer is valid exclusively for online purchases and for shipments within Canada.

For all orders under $75, a flat rate of $9.99 plus taxes will be applied directly to your shopping cart.

Orders where the shipping address differs from the billing address, as well as orders exceeding $500, may be subject to additional verification.

DELIVERY TIMES

Delivery typically takes three to eight business days (Monday to Friday, excluding statutory holidays). Please allow up to twelve business days for deliveries to more remote areas. These delivery times cannot be guaranteed by MIRANET.

MIRANET waives all liability for any delivery delays caused by a third-party courier error.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE

GLS-Canada is authorized to leave the package at your address even if no one is present at the time of delivery. No signature is required upon delivery to the address provided during checkout. Please note: PO Boxes (Post Office boxes) are not accepted for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We currently do not offer international shipping.

FREE IN-STORE PICKUP

When purchasing online, the free "In-store pickup" option is available at checkout when entering your billing information. You will have seven days to collect your items in-store after receiving the email confirmation stating that your order is ready.
