PRODUCT RETURNS AND REFUNDS

No returns or exchanges are accepted unless you receive a product that does not match the description of your purchase. In such cases, we will gladly send you the correct product at our expense and arrange to recover the item sent in error.

DEFECTIVE ITEMS

We will refund the shipping costs for the return of a defective item. We will then ship you a replacement item with no additional shipping or handling fees.

You can return a defective item within 30 days of receiving your order. You may obtain a refund or an exchange provided the merchandise is returned to us in its original condition (meaning unaltered, with its price tag attached, and in its original packaging).

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

Offer dates, prices, or product availability on our website are subject to change without notice. We work diligently to display only available items and to restock regularly. However, it is possible that an item, size, or color may be out of stock when you place your order.

Once your order is processed, you will receive an order confirmation indicating the receipt date, availability, and price of each item ordered. We may occasionally need to cancel an online order if, for example, the ordered items cannot be shipped due to unforeseen circumstances. If this happens, we will contact you to inform you and explain the situation. Our Reservation of Rights: While we strive to meet your needs to the best of our ability, we reserve the right to revise any inaccurate product price or description, and to cancel or refuse any order containing an item with an incorrect price or description. Such corrections may be made after the order has been accepted. We will contact you to notify you and explain the situation should this occur.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS OR MODIFICATIONS

If you wish to cancel or modify your order once the transaction is complete, you must contact us as soon as possible, either by email at info@miranet.com or by phone at 418-666-6688. We will do our absolute best to accommodate your request. However, we cannot modify or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. Please note that if you cancel the purchase of an item that qualified you for a promotion, a special discount, or free shipping, you may no longer be eligible for that promotion or discount.
