Hob / Fryer / Oven Cleaner (2 sizes) - P003 - Miranet

P003 is a highly formulated cleaner to dislodge carbonized residues and greases.

Use it to clean your griddles, grills, fryers, and ovens.

Directions for Use:

GRILLS / GRIDDLES: Heat the griddle to 80°C (180°F) then turn off the power. Mix the cleaner with an equal amount of water. Pour the solution onto the surface or apply generously with a brush. Let stand for about 5 minutes. Wipe with a damp cloth. Rinse thoroughly with potable water.

DEEP FRYERS: Drain and remove any excess grease. Fill with water up to 10 cm (4") from the rim. Add 1 part concentrated cleaner to 40 parts water (25 mL per liter of water or 4oz. per gallon of water). Boil for 20 minutes. Drain and rinse with hot water. Scrub greasy residue while it's hot. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. Wipe with a dry cloth.

OVENS: Spread the undiluted cleaner directly onto the surfaces to be cleaned. Let stand for 5 to 15 minutes. Light scrubbing may be necessary for stubborn accumulations. Wipe with a damp cloth. Rinse thoroughly with potable water. Dry.

FLOORS: Apply the solution and let it sit for a few minutes. Do not let the solution dry. Keep the floor wet by adding more solution as needed.
